1) What is the shelf life of your cakes?
Our cakes keep for up to 14 days. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator and bringing them back up to room temperature an hour prior to serving.
2) When should I order?
You can nominate your delivery day at checkout, and we strongly recommend ordering for delivery at least one day prior to the day they are required, especially for special occasions.
We recommend choosing delivery on the Friday (at the latest) before a weekend event, to ensure that everything arrives safely and that everything is as expected.
3) What time will the cakes be delivered? Can I choose what time?
Delivery is carried out by our chosen courier from Tuesday to Saturday, at any time usually between 7.30 am and 7.30 pm. We do not offer timed delivery slots and recommend you do not order cakes to arrive for the day of your event due to the delivery window. 4) Planning a special event?
For forward planning, you can select any date up to a year from now.
5) What is your minimum order size?
Our cakes come in packs of 9, but if you are looking for individually packaged cakes, we offer cakes in luxury ivory boxes finished with a black organza ribbon bow. Luxury Little Cake Favours – Little Cake Co
6) I’m sending this as a gift. Can I add a message?
We do not add any paperwork with our orders but there is an option to add a greeting card at checkout which costs an additional £3.99 – There is a lovely choice of cards available! You can find them here: Greeting Cards Archives – Little Cake Co
7) Can I customise my cakes?
We offer Custom Printed Little Cakes where you can create your own edible message spelt out on Belgian chocolate toppers. You can add your personal touch with custom images, text or logos to our cake toppers – Custom Printed Cakes (minimum 36) – Little Cake Co

8) What size are your cakes?
The size of each Little Cake is approximately 5cm tall with a 4cm diameter. We recommend a serving size of 2-3 Little Cakes per person, and you can find more information here: Cakes Calculator – Little Cake Co
9) Do you offer gluten free options?
We unfortunately don’t offer gluten-free cakes as we handle wheat in our bakery and due to cross contamination where traces may occur, it’s not something we can offer at this time.

10) Are the cakes suitable for diabetics?
We are unable to offer advice regarding individual sugar and carbohydrate tolerances and suggest this advice be issued by a trained medical professional who is assessing your health. All the ingredients and nutritional information for our products are listed on our website.

12) Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
